Dr. Graham Billingham, FACEP, is a patient safety advisor to Patient Care Technology Systems and is a subject matter expert in the field of medical errors, malpractice and billing.
Dr. Billingham attended medical school at the University of California, Los Angeles, completed his residency in emergency medicine at Harbor UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles and is board certified in emergency medicine.
Dr. Billingham currently serves as Chairman and Medical Director of the Emergency Medicine Patient Safety Foundation EMPSF. This foundation is dedicated to improving patient safety in America's emergency departments.
Dr. Billingham served as the chief medical officer of EMSource, LLC, and a management services organization that supports the delivery of high quality emergency care by medical groups. During his tenure at the company, Dr. Billingham was responsible for serving as the liaison with the medical groups, medical director for the Center for Emergency Medical Education, compliance officer, as well as supervising the documentation training. Prior to EMSource, Dr. Billingham was regional medical director for EPMG, a leading provider of emergency physician staffing and emergency department management services to hospitals. They provide coordinated, high quality patient care through innovative patient safety and workflow technologies.
