BRENNAN, ANNE; MD
Ms. Brennan has had a distinguished career in many areas of trial work in civil litigation cases throughout the State of Maryland. She has represented insurers and corporations in insurance regulatory matters before the Maryland Insurance Administration as well as employers, self insured employers and insurers in the defense of Maryland workers compensation cases before the Maryland Workers Compensation Commission.
Ms. Brennan is the Managing Partner in the firm’s Towson office. She is an active member in the Baltimore County Bar Association and serves on that association’s executive council. She is also active in the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission and is a board member of the Maryland Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation.
She received her J.D. from the University of Baltimore in 1984 and her B.A., with honors, from the University of Virginia in 1980. She lives in Baltimore County with her husband James and three children, Mary Helen, Peggy, and Elizabeth.
She has extensive experience in many areas of trial work, including representing health care providers in medical negligence cases, representing insurers in insurance fraud matters, and representing landlords or manufacturers in lead paint litigation as well as the defense of other product liability suits.
