Dan Azar, M.D. has been practicing Occupational Medicine in Silicon Valley for ten years. He graduated Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City in 1988. Dr. Azar is a member of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, the California Medical Association, and the Santa Clara County Medical Society.
