Dr. Richard Ikeda has also won recognition from students and faculty for his teaching at the medical school at University of California, Davis. Dr. Richard Ikeda has an A.B. from Harvard College, an M.D. from University of Vienna Medical School, and an M.H.A. from the University of Southern California, Sacramento. Richard Ikeda, MD Dr. Richard Ikeda incorporated Health for all in 1981. It is a community based safety net health and social services provider that serves low income people in the most ethnically diverse and impoverished areas in Sacramento County. Over the past decade, he has guided the organization as executive director.
His mission is to support health and health related activities in California counties. In addition to providing significant monetary support to local and regional health related programs and services, the Foundation strives to promote health and assist organizations and communities in creating improvements to California's health and social service systems.
