Medicaid

Medicaid is a program managed by the states and funded in conjunction with the federal government with the purpose of offering health insurance to all those individuals whose income is not enough to afford by themselves those expenses. This plan was created to help, especially, low-income parents, seniors, children or people with different disabilities. In fact, to be eligible for this program, you have to meet income, age, disability or resource requirements, have high medical bills and receive SSI (Supplemental Security Income). If you need more information, we have at your disposal a series of articles on this topic.
